Eva Lai is a graduate student research assistant at National Cheng Kung University from September 2022 to September 2024, supervised by Prof. Hung-Chang Hsiao in the DSLab, focusing on NoSQL databases and fault-tolerant systems. During this role, Eva contributed to the publication "The Data Recovery Service in NoSQL" in IEEE Big Data in 2022. Currently, Eva serves as a data engineer at Garmin, having transitioned to this position in September 2024. Eva holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, both from National Cheng Kung University.
