Jeff Hoing

Jeff Hoing is currently the Aviation Training Manager at Garmin International, where they lead training initiatives for pilots and maintenance personnel. They also serve as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hawk Aviation Safety & Services, focusing on safety management and aviation training. Previously, Jeff served as a Marine and AV-8B Harrier Pilot in the USMC, and worked as a Senior Military Analyst at SAIC, contributing to cyber capability development for the U.S. Army. They hold a Master of Science in Aeronautics with an Aviation Safety Specialization from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master’s in Military Art and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
