Jeff K.

Jeff K. is a seasoned technical specialist with extensive experience in hardware and FPGA design, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Garmin International since August 2016, focusing on GNSS technologies, FPGA development, and CPU architecture. Prior to this, Jeff held positions as a Senior Design Engineer at Garmin and Staff Engineer at Sercel, where expertise in analog and digital system design for industrial geophysical products was developed. Experience also includes roles as an Embedded Engineer at Extreme Engineering Solutions and Hardware Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, emphasizing RTL development, digital systems integration, and timing closure. Jeff's career began in the US Navy as an Avionics Tech, complemented by a brief tenure as a Junior Broker. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned in 2008.
