Joe Rogers

Joe Rogers is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in managing domestic and international tax functions. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Global Tax at Garmin since 2014, Joe leads a team of seven, overseeing areas such as income taxes, compliance, accounting, and transfer pricing, while also managing the department budget. Prior to this role, Joe was Tax Manager at Compass Minerals, where responsibilities included similar tax functions and budget management. Joe's career began at Garmin as an Income Tax Analyst and progressed at KPMG as a Tax Manager, where project oversight involved significant client revenues and compliance efforts. Joe holds a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
