Marcus Moilanen is an Industrial Design Creative Leader currently working at Garmin since 2022. They have previously served as an Industrial Designer and Senior Industrial Designer at Garmin International from 2008 to 2013. As a freelance Solidworks Instructor, Marcus taught industrial design students at The University of Kansas School of Architecture and Design during the 2018-2019 semesters. They also gained international experience as a Design Consultant during a summer internship in Sweden with Sommardesignkontoret in 2006. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Kansas and participated in a Study Abroad Program in Design Engineering at Högskolan i Halmstad in 2006.
