Mark Baldwin

Mark Baldwin serves as the City Council President for the City of Gardner, having held various roles including Vice President and Council Member since January 2018, focusing on public infrastructure and community policy improvement. In parallel, Mark Baldwin has been a Senior Software Engineer at Garmin International since July 2003, where responsibilities include designing and implementing software for aviation hardware testing in compliance with FAA/EASA specifications and mentoring junior engineers. Mark Baldwin also established Hometown Investments as the owner from June 2007 to October 2009 and has experience as a Team Leader at RGIS, where duties involved managing team operations and reporting data. Mark Baldwin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University - Kansas City, completed between 2000 and 2003.
