Chuck Sinclair

Chuck Sinclair joined Garney as Director of National Business Development in 2023 with over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, primarily focusing on water and collaborative delivery. He has led program and project delivery teams for numerous large public and civil works projects across the country. Chuck offers a unique perspective to their business development team from his vast experience in consulting engineering leading many business development, marketing, communication, and strategic initiatives. He is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Water Environment Federation (WEF). Chuck is also a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and based in Sarasota, Florida.
