Currently serving as Head of Field Installations at Garolla since February 2025, Nick previously held the position of National Head of Installations at AllPoints Fibre from August 2023 to February 2025. Prior roles include New Business & Mobilisation Director at SMS plc, Director of Installation Services and Director of Technical Operations at Morrison Data Services, and Head of Operations - Smart Metering at British Gas. Nick's career also includes significant positions at IKEA Group as General Manager and Argos as Contact Center Manager and Customer Service Manager. Earlier in the career path, Nick was a Business Development Manager at Bank of Scotland. Nick Griffiths holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from Kingston University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
