Julia Steyn

Julia Steyn is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at VectoIQ, an investment firm focused on mobility. With almost a decade of experience at General Motors, where they served as Vice President of Global Corporate Development and founded Maven, Julia has established a prominent career in the transportation sector. They also hold several board positions, including Non-Executive Board Member at Garrett Motion Inc. and Metalsa, and serve as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey. Julia’s early career included roles at Goldman Sachs and Alcoa, and they possess a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Born in Russia, Julia is also a distinguished concert pianist and currently acts as Young Associate Director at the Metropolitan Opera Board.
