Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett, we’ve grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current state-of-the-art 49,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in ground liners, above ground liners, and safety covers.

We sell our vinyl pool liners and safety covers through a network of pool professionals throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain, France, and other European countries.

In a World of Generic Products, We Specialize
Garrett specializes in vinyl pool liners and safety covers rather than trying to be a “jack of all trades” when it comes to pool products. This allows us to provide exceptional, uncommon results in an industry full of ordinary pool products.
We’re proud of our reputation for manufacturing complex and challenging pool liners and safety covers that customers know will provide exceptional fit, beauty, quality, and durability that are unmatched! This tradition of excellence comes from our staff’s combined industry experience of over 150 years!
