John Boyd

John Boyd serves as President and Chairman of the Board at Garrett Metal Detectors since 2012, and also holds a board member position. At Saville, Dodgen & Company, PLLC, John Boyd has been an Advisory Leader and Partner since January 1998. Previous experience includes roles as an Analyst at Solar Turbines from 1996 to 1998 and at First National Bank of Athens from 1990 to 1996. John Boyd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler between 1991 and 1993 and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Trinity Valley Community College from 1989 to 1991.
