Manuel Llaca

Manuel Llaca is a seasoned tax attorney with over 27 years of experience in Tax Law, Tax Litigation, and Fiscal Controversy Resolution in Mexico. Currently, Manuel serves as the Partner in charge of the Tax Department at Garrigues Mexico, overseeing Fiscal Litigation and Dispute Practices. Previously, Manuel held leadership roles at KPMG Mexico and PwC Mexico, where contributions to tax advisory and litigation significantly impacted the business sector. Manuel completed a degree in Law with honors from Universidad Latinoamericana and furthered education through various programs, including executive education at Georgetown University.
