David Wallick

Security Consultant at Garrison

Prior to joining Garrison, he served as the Cross Domain Lead for a DC-based consultancy where he provided Risk Management Framework (RMF) support and engineering guidance to a U.S. Government organization. Previously, he led the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) cross domain solutions strategy, managing multiple enterprise communication system programs totaling $20M+ annually. He also spearheaded initiatives for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) where he implemented and managed CDS strategies for Department of Defense (DoD) customers, including the U.S. Navy, the National Security Agency (NSA) and the U.S. Marine Corps. Wallick began his career serving in the U.S. Air Force.
