Randy Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Randy started their career at Dell Technologies, where they worked as a Technical Account Manager from October 2006 to July 2008. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues. Randy then transitioned to the role of Presales Solutions Architect at Dell Technologies from July 2008 to December 2021. At Dell, they provided expertise and solutions to customers before they made purchasing decisions.
In December 2021, Randy joined Garrison Technology Ltd as a Customer Success Engineer. Randy was responsible for ensuring the success of customers and assisting them with any technical concerns. Randy'stenure at Garrison Technology ended in April 2022.
Currently, Randy Bryant is the Head of U.S. Customer Support at Garrison since October 2022.
