Suraj Patel

Suraj Patel is the current VP of Operations at Garten. Suraj has held this position since July 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Production at Back Bay Roasters & Brewers from September 2019 to July 2021. From June 2017 to August 2021, they were the Head of Operations at Grind Coffee, which was acquired by Garten. From June 2015 to August 2021, they were the Chief Operating Officer at LeanBox, which was also acquired by Garten.

Patel began their career as an analyst at Q Investments Pvt. Ltd. from January 2010 to October 2010. Suraj then interned in internal audit at K.C. Mehta & Co. from February 2009 to June 2009. After their internship, they worked as the Production Manager at APPROTECH POROUS PIPES PRIVATE LIMITED from October 2010 to December 2011. In December 2011, they became the COO at Zepher Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a position they held until January 2014. Suraj then took on the role of Associate at Fountainhead Ventures from January 2014 to August 2014 before returning to Zepher Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Operations in September 2014.

Suraj Patel graduated from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, a high school in India, before attending Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they earned a BBA in Accounting, Finance and Operation Management. Suraj then went on to earn an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Their manager is Michael Heinrich, Founder & CEO. They work with Alicia Mandel - Chief People Officer, Brad Hardesty - CFO, and Cory Enos - Head of Client Experience & Well Being Ambassador.
