Jillian Hammond

Jillian Hammond's work experience began in 2017 as a Summer Research Student at the University of Newcastle. Jillian then continued at the university with a Research Placement from August to December 2017. In January and February 2018, Jillian worked as a Summer Research Student again. From March 2018 to February 2019, they held a role as Honours at the university. In 2019, Jillian joined the Garvan Institute of Medical Research as a Research Technician. Jillian currently holds the position of Genomics Research Assistant at the same institute since May 2022.

Jillian Hammond began their education at the University of Newcastle in 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Biotechnology. Jillian completed this degree in 2017. Following this, they continued their studies at the University of Newcastle and obtained a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours) in 2019, specializing in Microbiology and Molecular Biology.
