Kate Saw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kate began their career in 2016 as a Client Business Development Director at BT - Global Services. In 2020, they held positions as a Member Development Officer at NSW Nurses and Midwives' Association and as a Union Summer Intern at Unions NSW. Kate also served as a School of Nursing Representative at Sydney SAUNDA. In 2021, they worked at the University of Technology Sydney as a Research Assistant and at the NSW Government | Department of Communities and Justice as a Justice of the Peace. Kate joined the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in the same year as a Clinical Research Assistant. In 2022, they worked at the Australian College of Nursing (ACN) in various communication coordination roles, including Communications Coordinator for the Advanced Practice Faculty and Communication Coordinator for the Sydney region. Kate also participated in the Emerging Nurse Leader Program. Currently, they hold the position of Clinical Research Coordinator at St Vincent's Health Network Sydney. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to both healthcare and community involvement.

Kate Saw completed their Bachelor of Nursing degree at The University of Notre Dame Australia from 2018 to 2021. Kate also obtained a certification in the COVID 19 Vaccination Training Program from Health Education Services Australia in partnership with the Australian College of Nursing in July 2021.
