Stephen Johnson, PE, serves as the Central Texas Transportation Team Leader and Project Manager for Garver since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading and expanding the transportation team and managing various roadway projects for municipal and state clients. Previously, Stephen held the position of Project Manager at HNTB, contributing to the TxDOT Mobility35 program, and worked as Project Manager for SUE and UC projects at Surveying And Mapping, Inc. Additional experience includes project management roles at Bury + Partners and Pape-Dawson Engineers, focusing on transportation design and roadway projects. Stephen began the engineering career at Snyder & Associates, gaining experience in roadway design, site plan development, and construction administration. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
