Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz, PE, serves as the Process Mechanical Team Leader at Garver since August 2015, with extensive experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants ranging from less than 1 MGD to 60 MGD. Prior to this role, Steve worked for Bentonville Public Schools from August 2006 to June 2015, initially as a Chemistry Instructor and later as a PLTW Pre-Engineering Instructor, where achievements included developing partnerships for an engineering fair and consistently improving student test scores. Steve's career also includes significant experience as a Process Engineer at Kimberly-Clark and a Shift Production Manager at United States Steel Corporation. Steve holds a Master of Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
