Todd Mueller

Todd Mueller is an accomplished transportation professional with extensive experience in infrastructure project management and engineering. Since August 2003, Todd has served as the Transportation Team Leader at Garver, directing multidisciplinary teams to address client needs for local public agencies. Previous roles at Garver include Project Manager for the Springdale Northern Bypass for ARDOT, Senior Design Engineer overseeing an Environmental Impact Statement for a Western Arterial Loop, and Project Engineer focusing on hydraulic analysis for the US 51 project in Mississippi. Todd's earlier experience includes positions at Bartlett and West, ESC, Inc., USDA, and the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
