Wallace Smith

Wallace Smith, P.E. serves as the Vice President and Director of Federal Services at Garver, a national A-E consulting firm specializing in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, and Construction Administration Services since September 2013. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President at SAIC from 2004 to September 2013, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Division Manager of the Civil Infrastructure Division. Additionally, Wallace was the Vice President and Regional Manager at Bartlett & West from 1999 to 2004, overseeing civil engineering operations in the Little Rock location. Earlier roles include Unit Manager for Public Works at Carter and Burgess (now Jacobs) from 1996 to 1999 and Project Engineer at Garver from 1991 to 1996, working on various civil engineering projects for municipal and government clients.
