Wayne Black is the Roadway Practice Leader and Business Team Leader at Garver, where Wayne has been employed since May 2006, managing Mississippi roadway design projects. Previously, Wayne served as a Project Manager within the same team, overseeing similar project responsibilities. Prior to these roles, Wayne completed three semesters as an Engineering Coop Student at Garver from January 2003 to August 2004, gaining valuable experience in designing transportation projects and utilizing Microstation and Geopak software. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.
