GastroLab Smart-kitchen is a pastry laboratory based in Lisbon, specialized in the production of high-quality pastries and finger food, both sweet and savory.

Behind GastroLab Smart-kitchen is Karla Mané, a pastry chef with over 20 years of experience. Her work combines precision, creativity, and a constant search for excellence.

We work exclusively on order, for:

- Profesionnals : Hotels, Event agencies, venues, conciergeries etc. 
- Private & Corporate events

All our creations are made with local ingredients, with a strong focus on quality and presentation. We also follow a low sugar approach in all of our recipes, without compromising on taste.

Our products are handmade, carefully packaged, and delivered in Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra. 

We do not offer on-site service — our focus is 100% on production and delivery.
