Sal Fahey

Sal Fahey has extensive experience in software operations and engineering, currently serving as Director of Software Operations at Gatan, Inc. since July 2007, where responsibilities encompass managing software execution, quality assurance, scheduling, and build management, along with cross-functional communication with various departments. Prior to this role, Sal Fahey held positions at KLA-Tencor, including Engineering Manager for the Applications Group and Staff Algorithm Engineer, focusing on algorithm development for semiconductor manufacturing systems. Sal Fahey began a career as a Research Physicist at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, specializing in Elementary Particle Physics. Sal Fahey earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Rochester.
