Jeff Hatfield

Jeff Hatfield is a seasoned board director and chairperson with a passion for building high-performance teams and driving transformative scientific innovation. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. and ROME Therapeutics, and as a board member at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. and Gate Bioscience, they leverage their extensive experience in biotech and pharma to create strategies that enhance human lives. Jeff previously held leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. and Vitae Pharmaceuticals, and remains an adjunct professor at Purdue University. They earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.
