Natalie Nguyen is a seasoned professional in Compound Management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Gate Bioscience since May 2023, where efforts focus on building out the Compound Management system. Previously, Natalie held positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2020 to November 2022, overseeing the integration of Compound Management and managing the lab at the Brisbane site following BMS's acquisition of Myokardia. Prior to that, from October 2016 to November 2020, Natalie was a Supervisor at MyoKardia, where management of the Compound Management lab and execution of Tier-1 assays were key responsibilities. Natalie's career in the field began at Evotec (BioFocus), working as a Research Associate from March 2008 to July 2015, managing a large small molecule compound library.
