Dave Ward

Dave Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dave started their career in the United States Army, where they served as a Company Commander and Operations Manager, overseeing training, logistics, and leader development. Dave also worked as a Contracting Officer Representative, handling unit requirements and managing acquisition processes.

After leaving the military, Ward joined the U.S. Army Operational Test Command as Deputy Division Chief and Military Test Plans Analyst. In this role, they supervised and managed operational test teams, synchronized resources, and implemented process improvement initiatives.

Ward's career transitioned into project planning and scheduling roles in the private sector. Dave worked at IHI E&C International Corporation, where they held various positions, including Lead Project Planner/Scheduler and Earned Value Management Analyst.
