Hugo Marcellus is a seasoned executive with over 12 years of experience in business development across various sectors, including SaaS, software development, and cryptocurrencies. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Latin America at Gate, Hugo oversees business strategy and operations while managing strategic partnerships and driving market growth. Previously, Hugo has held key roles at notable organizations such as Salesforce, Zoox Smart Data, and Ascendix Tech, where they successfully implemented sales strategies and enhanced customer satisfaction. In addition, they founded a crypto marketing agency, leading a team of up to 75 professionals in managing diverse projects across the blockchain sector. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
