Pace Li is the current CEO of Gate Japan, a licensed crypto-asset exchange in Japan, where they lead operations in compliance, M&A, and market expansion. With over 10 years of executive leadership experience in Tokyo, Pace specializes in crypto exchange operations and regulatory strategy. They also serve as the Head of Asia Pacific for Business Development & Sales at Gate.io. Pace previously executed the acquisition and integration of a Japanese crypto license, demonstrating a strong background in cross-border M&A and corporate governance. They hold a degree from Waseda University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020.
