Lucie McFarlane

Lucie McFarlane is a digital transformation specialist with a strong background in customer-driven product management and change management. They began their career as a founder of ByLucie Cooking, providing private chef and catering services, before transitioning to consultancy roles at NEL and Gate One. Lucie has delivered large-scale transformation projects, including the implementation of the North Central London Integrated Care Board and supporting the COVID-19 Vaccine rollout. Currently, as a Senior Consultant at Gate One, they focus on product management, digital strategy development, and improving digital literacy for clients. They earned a MA Hons. in the History of Art from The University of Edinburgh and completed a BA at Università degli studi Roma TRE during an Erasmus program.
