Lucy Stones

Lucy Richardson Stones is an accomplished manager at Gate One since June 2017, specializing in Change Management, Leadership Development, and Coaching. Prior experience includes a researcher role at King's College London, contributing to the REACH program focused on adolescent mental health, and serving as an assistant psychologist at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust within a high-security prison and a low secure unit. Lucy began their career as a business consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and gained initial experience through an internship with the same organization. Additional volunteer work includes healthcare assistance at Antara Psychiatric Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre and childcare support at The Love of Christ Ministries. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
