Neil Allan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile delivery. Currently serving as Principal at Gate One since February 2023, Neil has previously held significant roles at IBM from November 2017 to January 2023, including Programme Agile Delivery Lead and Senior Digital Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Producer at R/GA, Dare, and EdComs from 2012 to 2017. Neil holds a BSc Hons. in Economics from the University of Nottingham and an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Art Foundation Studies in Visual Communications from the University of the Arts London.
