Robert Rust

Robert Rust, CSPO, is a seasoned program manager specializing in digital strategy and project management. A former president of the University of Virginia's Sustained Dialogue Organization, they facilitated conversations on social and identity issues while managing a team of over 400 members. Robert's professional journey includes roles at Gate One, Pixel Acuity, and Eagle Hill Consulting, where they directed large-scale digital projects and enhanced organizational processes. Currently, Robert manages projects at Gate One, while infusing creativity into life by brewing unique coffee blends. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia.
