Suraj Bali is a Principal at Gate One, with experience in leading transformation programs within the Energy & Utilities and Life Sciences sectors since June 2019. Notable achievements include working with a FTSE 100 electricity and gas utility company on a People and Data Transformation program and supporting a major pharmaceutical company in a Digital & Data Transformation initiative. Prior to Gate One, Suraj served as a Senior Consultant at a Fortune 500 Specialty Insurance company and contributed to strategic data transformations in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries at Atos Consulting. Suraj's career began as a Graduate Consultant, focusing on supplier assurance for a major FTSE 100 bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Nottingham University Business School and A Levels in Mathematics, Economics, Geography, and ICT from Royal Russell School.
