Dan Cmejla

Dan Cmejla has worked in a variety of positions, from development manager to operations manager, and is currently an advisor at Gated. Cmejla has also worked as a consultant on outdoor sales, persuasion, and lead generation.

Cmejla began their career working on the Bernie Sanders For President campaign as the Development Manager. In this role, Cmejla managed a small team of callers who raised $38,000 in three weeks from lapsed donors. The team had an average of $1,000+ per team member per day and a yes rate of over 65%.

Cmejla then transitioned to working at AtriumHQ as the Operations Manager. At Atrium, Cmejla used data and analytics to help teams make better-informed work decisions. The company is based in San Francisco and is backed by Charles River Ventures, First Round Capital, and notable individual investors.

After Atrium, Cmejla became an Independent Consultant and then the National Advance Press Lead for Hillary for America. In their role as National Advance Press Lead, Cmejla was responsible for coordinating media events for the campaign.
