Prior to this role, Ramon held various leadership positions at Novartis, including VP Global Head Executive Rewards at Sandoz, VP Head People & Organization Central & Eastern Europe, and VP Global Head Total Rewards in different divisions. Ramon also has experience in audit financial services at KPMG AG and client relationship management at UBS AG. Ramon holds an Executive MBA from Esade, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Performance und Compensation Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, Ramon completed an exchange semester at the University of Cape Town.
