Gavin Petch

Gavin Petch is currently the Principal Technical Account Manager at Gatekeeper, a position held since August 2025, following a successful tenure at Resolver, a Kroll Business, where roles included Solution Consultant for both Enterprise and Packages from March 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Gavin served as Lead Implementation Consultant at Gatekeeper, managing an implementation team and facilitating customer success strategies. With previous experience at Celayix Software as a Product Specialist and Scrum Master and a background in project management at various organizations including The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and City Health Care Partnership CIC, Gavin has developed expertise in software implementation, customer success, and team leadership. Gavin holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing from Leeds Beckett University.
