Daniel Glauser

Daniel Glauser has over 14 years of experience in various software engineering and leadership roles. Daniel is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Gateless, Inc., where they focus on developing underwriting automation for home loans. In this role, they work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure strong and high-quality delivery.

Prior to their current position, Daniel worked at Inspire Fitness US as a Dev Manager/Software Architect. During their tenure, they managed all technology delivery and oversaw the company's growth from zero to over 25,000 active subscribers. Daniel was responsible for managing a team of 15 developers and ensuring effective software architecture across multiple services.

Before Inspire Fitness US, Daniel was a Co-Founder at Cambium Technology Consulting. In this role, they managed small teams of consultants and secured investment for a client through a successful pitch to investors. Daniel focused on Clojure(Script) development and financial technologies.

Daniel also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Democracy Works, where they tuned systems to handle high volumes of voter registration traffic. Daniel was also responsible for performance tuning and directed the nonprofit organization.

Additionally, Daniel worked as a Clojure Engineer at Sonian, contributing to a large Clojure codebase and working on the design and code behind a distributed services architecture. Daniel also served as the Head of Development at Snugg Home, LLC, where they developed software to improve data collection and accuracy.

Throughout their career, Daniel has held architect and engineer positions at companies such as VMware, Comcast Cable, NBC Universal, and The Franchise State Tax Board. Daniel has demonstrated expertise in software architecture, development, and leadership, consistently delivering successful results in their roles.

Daniel Glauser earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Daniel attended the university from 1994 to 1997.
