John Nason

John Nason has a strong background in the field of DevOps and security. John has held various positions at different companies throughout their career.

John began their career at Rational Software, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2000 to March 2003.

John then joined IBM in August 2006 as an Advisory Software Engineer. During their time at IBM, they held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Advisory Software Engineer, and Software Engineer in the Cloud Data Services division. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing data ingestion and ETL using AirFlow, as well as developing backend and front-end components for business dashboards using Node.js, Vanilla JS, and D3.

In October 2019, Nason joined AI Foundry as a Principal Architect - DevOps, where they worked until July 2020.

Currently, they are working at Gateless, Inc. as the Director of DevOps and Security, a position they have held since May 2022.

John Nason completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCE) from Tufts University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
