Gatepassuk is an AI-driven assurance platform for Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions under the Building Safety Act 2022. We help developers, principal contractors, principal designers, and accountable persons submit Higher-Risk Building applications that are structured, defensible, and aligned with how the Building Safety Regulator actually reviews them.

Gateway delays are not just a compliance problem. A rejected submission stalls your programme, your financing timeline, your contractor mobilisation, and your investor confidence at the same time. Most rejections come from evidence gaps that looked fine internally, until the regulator found them.

Gatepassuk closes those gaps before you submit. Our platform reviews your submission pack against the eight critical evidence categories the BSR examines: fire strategy, dutyholder evidence, competency records, Golden Thread structure, change control, safety case narrative, design coordination, and compliance mapping, and returns a structured, objective assessment in 72 hours.

What makes Gatepassuk different:
• Speed: A full structured assessment in 72 hours, not weeks or months.
• Accuracy: AI-driven analysis across all eight BSR evidence categories, applied systematically, without fatigue or assumption.
• Objectivity: Independent and unbiased. We show you what the regulator will actually find, before they find it.
• BSR alignment: Structured around live BSR review logic, not generic compliance checklists.

Gatepassuk supports developers, principal contractors, principal designers, accountable persons, legal teams, asset owners, lenders, and insurers working on Higher-Risk Buildings across England.

Know your Gateway position before the regulator does.
