Alexander Bertha

Alexander Bertha currently serves as a Technical Advisor at Gates Ventures, supporting Bill Gates' initiatives in emerging technology since August 2023. Prior to this role, Alexander was the VP of Clinical Operations at Charlie Health, providing personalized treatment programs for mental health and substance use disorders from November 2022 to June 2023. Alexander also has experience as a Sr. Product Manager for Amazon Care and as Executive Director of the Digital & Innovation Group at Providence. As a co-founder of LifeCo, Inc., Alexander played a crucial role in developing a level-funded PPO insurance plan with integrated care solutions for small employers. Alexander's earlier career includes leadership positions at Fahrenheit 212, where expertise was provided to Fortune 100 companies and private equity businesses until its acquisition by Capgemini, as well as analytical roles at UBS Investment Bank. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
