Andrea Dramer is the Senior Director and Head of Production at Gates Ventures, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Producer at Trifilm, Inc. from 2022 to 2025, and worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Curtis Management/Pearl Jam from 2009 to 2015. Andrea gained early experience as an intern at Vandenberg Communications in 2008 and also held various production-related roles at Vulcan Inc. between 2015 and 2016. They are currently pursuing a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations at Western Washington University.
