Cailin W.

Cailin W. has extensive experience in communications, currently serving in a communications role at Gates Ventures since 2018. Previously, Cailin worked at WE Communications from February 2012 to June 2018 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included corporate communications and executive support for Microsoft and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation during significant growth phases for both organizations. Other work experience includes positions as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company, an English Teacher and Counselor at LEOlingo, an Administrator in the Athletic Department at Gonzaga University, and an Administrative Assistant at Voyager Capital. Cailin holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in International Studies from Gonzaga University, complemented by studies at Gonzaga in Florence and a high school diploma from Seattle Preparatory School.
