Caitlin McHugh

Caitlin McHugh is currently a Bioinformatics Scientist at the Alzheimer's Disease Data Initiative and an Associate Director at Gates Ventures. They have previously worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington School of Public Health, focusing on statistical methods for large-scale genetic data analysis, and as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at the New York Genome Center. With a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Washington and extensive experience in bioinformatics and statistical genetics, Caitlin contributed to numerous projects, including the development of methods for analyzing genomic data and collaboration with national health consortia. Caitlin's earlier roles include a Summer Internship at Genentech and an Associate Education Specialist at PTC, where they developed and delivered training programs.
