Manny McBride

Manny McBride is an accomplished professional in the health and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Director at Gates Ventures since November 2022. Previously, Manny was a Senior Advisor on COVID-19 at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from February 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of Vice President for Program & Alliance Management at Seagen from February 2018 to September 2020. Manny's extensive tenure at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation spanned over a decade, where roles included Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for Global Communications. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Fellowship at the University of Washington. Manny holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, an Executive Education certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Florida International University.
