Matt Tully

Matt Tully is a seasoned professional in policy and management consulting, currently serving as Program Manager for Policy at Gates Ventures since September 2023. Previously, Matt held various roles at Accenture Federal Services, including Associate Manager and Consultant, and worked as an Associate at The White House from February 2022 to February 2023. In addition, Matt contributed to the Biden-Harris Transition Team as part of the Appointments: Strategy and Operations team and served as a Research Associate at AM Consulting (London) Limited. Early career experiences include a position as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Federal Services and a Policy and Government Relations Intern at Deloitte. Matt holds an MSc in Political Economy of Europe from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a B.A. in Public Policy and Leadership and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
