Paul Florence is currently the Managing Director at Gates Ventures, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee from 2019 to 2023, and CEO of Concentric Advisors from 2017 to 2019.
