Tyler W.

Tyler W. has had significant work experience in the field of technical support and IT. Tyler started their career at MegaPath in 2017 as a NOC Specialist I, where they worked until 2018. Tyler then joined Denali Advanced Integration as a Desktop Support Technician in 2018 and worked there until 2019. At Amazon, Tyler held the position of IT Support Engineer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Gates Ventures as a Technical Support Engineer.

Tyler W. began their education in 2012 at the University of Washington, where they studied Computer Science until 2015. Tyler then transferred to North Seattle College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from there between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Tyler also obtained a CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA in October 2015.
