Bridget Robertson

Bridget Robertson, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Bridget most recently served as the HR Director, Americas Fluid Power at Gates Corporation since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC from June 2021 to January 2023. Bridget also served as the Human Resources Manager at Gun Lake Casino from December 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Lincoln County from August 2014 to December 2019. Bridget began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Chinook Winds Casino Resort in July 2001, where they worked until August 2014.

Bridget Robertson, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Bridget also graduated from Doniphan High School in 1998. In 2017, Bridget obtained the Certified MBTI Practitioner certification from The Myers & Briggs Foundation. Additionally, they hold certifications including IPMA-SCP, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from both HRCI and HR Certification Institute.
