Cole Geng

Cole Geng is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in managing financial operations across multiple industries in Asia. Currently serving as the Asia Finance Controller at Morgan Advanced Materials since July 2017, Cole oversees the financial activities of eight companies across the region, including manufacturing plants in China and Australia. Prior to this role, Cole has held significant finance positions at Gates Corporation, including Finance Director for Fluid Power China and Financial Planning Analysis Manager, overseeing extensive budgets and operations within various business units. With earlier experience as a Senior Accountant at NXP Semiconductors and a Financial Analyst at Philips, Cole has consistently contributed to financial planning, analysis, and control processes, demonstrating expertise in handling multimillion-dollar revenues and complex financial structures. Cole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hefei University of Technology.
